The official site to “Assassin’s Pride” revealed the first teaser key visual while confirming its 2019 release . Going by this it seems like the anime will make its official premiere during the fall of 2019.

The Assassin’s Pride takes place in a world where only those from noble families have the mana to be able to fight against monsters. Kūfa is a noble born to a duke’s family who is sent to tutor a young woman named Merida. If it turns out that Merida has no talent with mana, Kūfa is secretly instructed to assassinate her.
The anime was announced back in 2018 during a stage presentation at the “Fantasia Bunko Dai Kanshasai 2018″.
Written by Kei Amagi and Illustrated by Nino Ninomoto, Assassin’s Pride is a Japanese light novel series published by Kadokawa since 2016.
Yoshie Katō adapted the series into manga which been published in in Shueisha‘s Ultra Jump magazine in May 2017.
“In the world where only the aristocrats have the power to fight the monster—mana. A youth named Kufa is dispatched as a tutor to find Mareida’s talent, a nuisance girl born in a duke’s family. If she is not talented, assassinate her—that, is the dark side of his task…”
