Oregairu Season 3 Plot

The romantic comedy revolves around an antisocial high school student named Hikigaya Hachiman with a distorted view on life and no friends or girlfriend. When he sees his classmates talking excitedly about living their adolescent lives, he mutters: “They’re a bunch of liars.”

When he is asked about his future dreams, he responds, “Not working.” A teacher gets Hachiman to join the “Volunteer Service” club, which happens to have the school’s prettiest girl, Yukinoshita Yukino.

Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Comedy wa Machigatteiru. Zoku (Season 2) picks up immediately after the events of the first season, continuing the adventures of the Volunteer Service Club—the dispassionate Hachiman Hikigaya, the cheerful Yui Yuigahama, and the competitive Yukino Yukinoshita—as it dedicates itself to helping any student with issues that they may face.

With the rift among his own group widening, Hachiman begins to realize that his knack for quickly getting to the root of other people’s troubles is a double-edged sword: sometimes the best solution is not necessarily the most appropriate one.

About My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU(Oregairu)

Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Come wa Machigatteiru or My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU is a Japanese light novel series written by Wataru Watari with illustrations provided by Ponkan8. The series has 14 volumes in circulation. Yen Press is publishing the novel series and manga adaption in English.

Brain Base produced a 13 episodes Tv anime adaption in April 2013 followed by the second season by studio feel which also ran for 13 episodes in April 2015.

Studio feel is producing the third and final season which was originally slated for April 2020 release but is delayed due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

The series centers around Hachiman Hikigaya a cynic. “Youth” is a crock, he believes–a sucker’s game, an illusion woven from failure and hypocrisy.

But when he turns in an essay for a school assignment espousing this view, he’s sentenced to work in the Service Club, an organization dedicated to helping students with problems in their lives! How will Hachiman the Cynic cope with a job that requires–gasp!–optimism?
